WU - 300
Swim - 6 x 300 hold 5'/300. 5:10, 4:55, 4:57, 4:50, 4:50, 4:49. Since my watch broke, I was using a stopwatch that doesn't store laps. The first 3 reps are correct. The last 3 are close but guesses. I know the last one was in the 4:40s. I knew I was swimming a bit fast. The first rep I focused on form, but didn't "grab" the water like I usually do. The effort on that rep was closer to 60%, thus the longer time.

Swim 8 x 25 bluild w/in 25 to 85%. Each 25 was close to 15 seconds
