Comments:
Yes finally got a run in. Not feelin it today but I got through, just looking to get a run in before the rain came. Got pretty wet still, but that made me finish up strong into the gym. It was dark too and my headlamp was feeling a little dim. Overall, felt solid though like I could hold the pace even in the puddles. Once I got to the gym, tried to dry off and get an extra mile in. Picked up the pace for that one to 7:00.

Essentials: Stretch, L7, roll

Feeling tight, especially my hips. Tried to work on that. Felt relaxed stretching at the end of a long tough week. Got some more to put in this weekend. Its how it goes though. Glad I squeezed this in before it got too rainy. Cooled down back to the parking lot.
