Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Drive home relatively uneventful. Good weather. Left leg cramping up didn't know how it would fair in a run still needed to get it in. Started at Cass and ran what I could along the waterfront trail, then cut through Dey St. and came back all the way down Cayuga. There was a decent amount of snow and slush had to be mindful. Hit most of the stop lights on Cayuga too which was fine since I was starting to slowdown, feeling hungry after not eating a real lunch. Felt pretty toasted when I returned.
Essentials: Stretch
Just a standard stretch when I got back. Left leg was alright everything else felt sore though. No roller that would have been nice. Definitely don't feel like I have a lot of speed, doesn't bode well for the Turkey trot
