Comments:
Still pretty slushy today and didn't want to deal with hills. Fit it in right before it was getting real dark out. No traffic so that was simple. Town was kinda quiet since it was raining. Felt ok, a little better than yesterday but not as sharp or quick as I was hoping. Legs del fine through.
Essentials: Stretch
Good stretch, but ate too much candy at the movies and feel kinda icky from that even after running.
