Comments:
Rainy all day, made it out right at sunset. It started to get dark. Made my way over to the rail trail, came up University then onto Fearing and back on Triangle. Kept drizzling a little bit throughout. Kept the pace felt pretty good. Hill up by Southwest was tough though. Feelin real worked at the end, good stuff.
Essentials: Stretch, roll
Good stretch and roll when I got back. I guess I was feeling chunky and stirred up yesterday but the run shook that out. Not a ton of mileage this week but enough to keep me on the straight.
