Comments:
Made it through the work week. A little more to put in. Really really wanted to run. Went to UPub a little bit after seminar and then didnt get out til it was later. Took it easy wasnt pushing it too much. It was chilly out but I slugged along. Not a whole lot of people out and the gym wasnt too crowded.
Essentials: Stretch
Realized how late it was and how tired I got at the gym while I was stretching . Therefore, just did it nice and easy then made my way back to the parking lot.
