Comments:
Ran a 1.2 mile warm-up alone and then a 1.1 mile warm-up with rest of runners. Then went out and ran 6 miles on Lancaster route + a College Park loop at around a 6:40 pace with a long pickup. Then did a 1.1 mile cooldown. Final distance: 9.4 miles. Respiration felt good in the cold, but my legs were pretty worn out by about mile 7. The new Nike shoes felt pretty good, but they don't have much support, so I probably shouldn't have gone on a long run for the first time using them. Got a bit of pain in my right foot, but it went away.
