Comments:
Track workout- 8x800. Ran on the indoor track at UVM.
2 mile warmup, 5 minutes, 8x800, 2.5 mile cooldown.
Felt pretty good. 800's were tough but I could have done 1 or 2 more. Splits were 2:29, 2:28, 2:25, 2:24, 2:25, 2:24, 2:22, 2:23.
Recovery was 160m trot and 60s standing rest.
