In lab, last weekend Conte session. I sure put my time in there. Just organizing the manuscripts and getting the plan on. It felt like a spring day today. Got to run in shorts. Fit my miles in right before sunset. It was very pleasant. I needed this run badly. Felt so great. I held my pace and worked the hills. Felt like I needed to get up to Puffers one more time. That was my spot during the summer REU. It hit me today that this is my lase week of running around Amherst. Its not much but I made it work all these years. I had my routes and I dont think I could have made it through grad school without them. I am thankful for that.

Essentials: Stretch, roll

Man I was tight when I got back. I detoured to Marks Meadow on the way back one last time. I could feel my IT tighten up there thats the most sore I think. I stretched it out then rolled when I got back. Thats what a stressful few days off will do to ya I guess. Can also feel my shoes getting flat its time for some new ones.
