Comments:
I modified the workout after the first few reps. Ended up doing 3 sets of 5x1' on/1' off. The on= 5K effort; the off=tempo pace.

Given the bike path was snowy, paces were much slower. Effort wise, 5K was 5:15 pace. Tempo was 6:15 pace. Definitely a tough workout given the conditions. Still clicked off 5:45 miles
