4x2K on the turf field. Did the first rep with Will but he dropped due to illness. Ran approximately 5-5:10 pace per mile. 2K is slightly over six laps.
Felt strong. The intervals were tiring but consistent. (6:23, 6:26, 6:29, 6:26).
