Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Had plans to run with Simonson but we cancelled because he wasn't feeling well so I made up a new loop from my house. It was pretty hilly, but I enjoyed it. Was pretty sore, maybe from the intense rolling I did yesterday after the run. Did some pushups and clams and double leg bridges afterwards, but was in a bit of a rush so I couldn't do much more.
