Comments:
Running errands all day at the DMV and the mall. Got out right around sunset. Days are getting longer now. Leg is still pretty swollen and messed up. I went without a bandage and the abrasion quickly opened up the ooze. Once I got going I got used to it. Otherwise, legs felt really really good. Fine up and down the hills. Good run to start out 2019. Came back down Gun Hill, saw the "1 9" on the IC towers, then down Linn Court and Albany.
Essentials: Stretch
Tried to stretch without irritating my leg. Still swollen and looks pretty nasty. Legs felling fresh otherwise.
