Comments:
Ran easy with CA over lunch time from the office. Ran the campus loop, then did 4 barefoot laps. Even though my ankles are still very stiff, I feel I need to do this, to actually get beyond it.
BUSY day: BNI meeting, 3 clients, short break, then another 3 clients, then RunHub!
