Comments:
Shake out wanted to get something moving to reduce the swelling. Felt a little better today. Went right as a wave of sleet came in. Sidewalks were icy so I took it slow and cautious. A little jont but it was worth it.
Essentials: Stretch
Again not much of a stretch legs still too fragile. Not really noticing it anyways. I would say swollen feet feel weird in the new shoes.
