Comments:
Snow came in today. I was riled up to run in the afternoon. Good pace on level streets, no hills today. I really got to open up my stride. Felt surprisingly good and the streets were not that slippery. Finished up on Court and Albany
Essentials: Stretch
Stretch and chill when I got back. Mostly all the swelling is gone now legs looking much better just some scaring here and there. They feel good running. Keeping up on the solid mileage so far.
