Comments:
Stayed a little later on campus and went for a run after I got back. Idk why I always end up staying so late. No one else was around. They do not have a Conte culture here, which is kinda refreshing, especially for me. I think I need to simmer down a little in general, while still being productive and efficient. Good run kinda chilly. Just ran out to the main part of the campus then looped around and came back nice and easy. Just making up for missing yesterday.

Essentials: Stretch

Good stretch when I returned. Feeling limber now. And my knee looks so much better all the scabs have peeled off. Feels fine running and during the day.
