Comments:
Ran with Ana on what I can only describe as a very well thought out route. There were no other distinguishing features of it though. Felt fatigued but really enjoyed the run.
Overall, this was a really strong break of training. I had the one week where I only ran like 34, but I was feeling sick a lot of that week and it was good timing for a down week anyways. If all goes according to plan, I'll be at about 60 for the third week in a row this week, which would be so far ahead fitness wise of where I was just months ago. Running 55 back to back was tough. This feels natural and I'm loving it. Back with m'goats!
