Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Spend day at BNL. It was chilly but I can tell its warming up. Took me a little bit to get out and go. wanted a little pep so I stuck to the loop and did a 1 min on 1 min off type of pick up. Made it around three laps did 8 or so intervals I think. Its exactly one mile around. Nice. I wanted to do 4 but felt the slog coming on. The on sections were strong though. Form could have been a little cleaner but I focused on pace. Eitherway got a lot out of the workout.
Essentials: Stretch
Stretch was solid. I feel flexible. But I dont feel strong lately. Want some lift and weights sometime.
