Comments:
Rained all day today so ground was wet. Started out right at sunset. Actually felt pretty good for a little bit then as I was going around the beamline I had to truck through the water and my shoes got soaked. That slowed my tempo and it took me a while to pick up the pace again. And I got really hungry. Finished up strong though.
Essentials: Stretch
Good stretch super flexible. Legs feel tired today though. It was nice to wear shorts, first shorts run of January. It was pretty warm after the rain.
