Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Had to make a little detour up to Rocky Point today but I still got to fit in a run in the afternoon. It was kinda chilly but I had a good pace. Lots to think about. Ran up and back in about even splits and faster than last weekend. I didnt go all the way around the apartment loop so maybe it was a little short. Felt good though, best this week.
Essentials: Stretch
Good stretch when I returned. Feeling pretty flexible.
