Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Moving a little slower today. I slept in a lot and just chilled got out later in the afternoon. Chillier today. Took it easy and just did the entire length of King Rd. Its nice because you can see the entire length and cars go slow with the stop signs. I just needed to get a shake out and fit in some miles. Coming back up the hill, I thought I was going slow but even split today perfectly.
Essentials: Stretch
Stretched, and also watched TV... Dont feel sore or tight at all. Good bounce back this week after the beam time. Current goal is to be able to maintain mileage so that I can get back to pace and distance after taking several days off during beamtime.
