Comments:
Shake out. Hammie a little tight from moving. I was tired in the afternoon too. Would have gone for a nap instead. Once I got going it was solid though. Nice weather could have gone with less layers and that would have been perfect.
Essentials: Stretch
Tried to stretch but legs feeling tired. Not as much mileage this week as I wanted, and the next few weeks are all up in the air. My hope is to fit in a few onsite to last me the week away in Boston. Then the weather should be getting nice enough to bump up the training.
