treadmill long run

Comments:
set it at 7:30 and forget it- hard time mentally for most of it...got courage around mile 10-11, felt really good until about 15. then phantom pains, weird things hurting, shut it down at 15.5 (was going to run 16). last 1/2 at 7:15 pace, felt like a relief.
