Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Came back early from Stony Brook. Had an HR orientation that they reminded me like 3 times, and it ended up being totally unmemorable... Knew it was a solid opportunity to fit in a run. Ran down Hawthorne then did a loop from Rocky Point Landing to 25 to Hallock Landing and back up. Solid little shake out on sidewalks and even grounding. I felt like I had the low energy drain today, just took it slow. Not sure why felt good my last few runs last week. Few days off need to shake it out I guess. Glad I went out and got it done even though it was shortish. Wind was whipping and it was pretty chilly running into it.
Essentials: Stretch, roll
Good stretch feeling a little more comprehensive afterwards. Now I have my roller and thats going to be good. ITs are tight. Dont feel much better afterwards but Im glad I have it now.
