Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran to Willard park for drills and then back via Wisconsin steady. Most of the team was doing a workout, but still I'm still slightly dizzy (though much better!) Anthony told me to stay steady. Ran back with Mia, Amanda, and Leah. Good conversation/played essence. Added on a lap around the block with Amanda which was nice and we did 6 striders which felt hard because I don't think I've strided in a a long time. Nice to run again!
