Comments:
Catch up today. Got up early to run errands. It hit me later, took a nap right before fitting in some short miles. Sun was out, shorts weather real nice. Took it down to the gas station and back, but came along Magnolia. Just a little shake out was all I had time for today. Legs felt surprisingly good.

Essentials: Stretch, roll

So glad I have my roller with me now. Its helping keep my legs feeling nice after the run. They should be sore from all the walking
