Comments:
The workout today was 300m repeats with 100m cooldowns in between (included in both the distance and time of the second interval). I did 8, averaging about 52 or 53 seconds for each. I was in a group with Siff, Margaux, and Benji. I struggled to stay with them, though I eventually caught up in the last few reps. Today was a hard day, as I struggle with speed work, but it's these kinds of workouts that really pay off in the end.
