Hills at Battery Kemble with Anthony, William, Ziyah, Matt, Corbin, Aidan, Charlie

Comments:
I awoke at 6:45 and got a ride to the parking lot, where we began warming up. We soon were on our way. The first two had me absolutely winded but I found a way to focus and stay with the group. I did 6 in total, jogging down in between reps, the time and distance of which is accounted for below (William measured the hill at around 150, but we crested and went around, putting us at 200m up and around the same distance down because of zig-zagging). After 6, Corbin, Anthony, Aidan, and I went down the trail, turning around at Macarthur at a decent clip. I then cooled down a little bit up the trail. All around, a hard morning, especially after a hard week and a semi-late night. However, I am so glad that I got up in time to put in the work. It will certainly pay off.
