Comments:
Got in a nice afternoon run. Sun out again. There was a big St Patricks Day Parade going on on 25A, did not know about it at all. I wandered down there as it was wrapping up. About what you would expect, a bunch of overweight white people drinking on the sidewalk. I was perfectly content as an observer, just passing through. Looped down to Broadway then came back on the trail, and looped back down Hallock Landing. Coming back up the hill, felt a little slowed down and took it easy. Didnt really get much for lunch today and I was feeling it. Can feel my calves and quads are sore now that I am back to the mileage. Can tell I am not in the shape I want to be in. The post beamtime runs should be easier.

Essentials: Stretch, roll

Good stretch and roll when I returned though. I should roll more... Feel refreshed after last week, ready to get back to it doin work. Weatherwise I like this time of year, its when we could get back outside for some track workouts. However, the semester was always winding down and the workouts went by so fast, and then it was time for summer training. More incentive to take it slow and take it in.
