Comments:
I left the hotel, went down Second Avenue from my hotel to get to the bridge that goes onto the trail. I went right, turning around at a dead end and heading up all the way to the 10th Street Bridge, turning around and extending a little bit at the end to round the time off to 40 minutes. When I got back, I did Planks and Plank leg lifts before I stretched and rolled.
