Walking Machine

Comments:
I walked over 10 miles today before going to run. FYI running is hard after walking that much. Ran in Luxembourg garden again. Did an out and back tempo (around and around tempo), so did one lap steady and one tempo and then cooled down a bit. Felt very hard, but I was impressed by my effort! I tried to find someone who was a similar speed again to motivate me, but as soon as I did, he stopped running which I thought was very inconsiderate! ;) I hope that walking this much counts as good cross training because time-wise and energy-wise it is just not feasible to run every day here.

Also, side note, but the french have some interesting running outfits. I saw one girl running in normal adidas sweatpants with a turtleneck and flannel and then a woman running in a full body onesie?—grey terrycloth looking thing with a little animal face on the stomach. Weird!
