Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Went into lab to clip away a few things. Ran around 4ish. Even nicer weather today. Easily shorts and flip flops. The wind was whipping though and that kept things cool and slowed me down as well as I was coming back around on the stretch. Had the low energy feeling today but somehow kept the pace. Felt like I couldnt go much further today but it was good to get it in. Right hip a little tight standing around but couldnt tell at all while running.
Essentials: Stretch, roll
Stretched what I could in the lot but I was hungry and thirsty. I dont think I was hydrated enough today. The weather was so crisp today, fortunate for that.
