Comments:
Rain came in today. One of those sundays just low energy felt like taking a nap all day. Good to get out an get in a run. It was a little drizzly, but windy on the way back. I came back on the path which wasnt too muddy, actually manageable. The wind was against me though. I snacked a lot before heading out and that weighed me down.
Essentials: Stretch, roll
Took my time to stretch and roll. Hip feels much better also trying to keep my hammies loose they felt tight yesterday. Surprised felt like I bumped up mileage this week, feeling more sustained, but didnt break 20... I think I can manage that. Keep on building is better than nothing.
