12x400 on the outdoor track. Thin layer of snow and ice on the track and I could feel myself slipping a bit. 45 seconds rest between intervals. A few minutes rest after the 10 (because I thought I was doing more). Splits were 75, 74, 73, 74, 73,73,73,73,73,73,74,73
