Comments:
After a fairly emotional day, I was really glad that practice wasn't canceled because of the rain because I needed a run to process lots of thoughts. Ran to AU and back + 6*200. Was supposed to do 8, but my shins were kinda hurting for the first time in a while, so just did the 6. Ran slowly, but very evenly as usual. Every time I sprint, I'm more impressed by how much I'm not a sprinter. It's so hard. Had very interesting conversations about gender expression with Lucia during our cooldowns. Pollen was better than last workout, but still not great, but perfect workout weather otherwise: 60s and drizzly! Weirdly small team. Went from 7 coaches to 1 and felt like only half the team was there. Fun anyway though.
