AM Campus loop (no barefoot) with CA

Weather: 40s, but sunny and "fake cold"

Comments:
Early AM run with CA. Neither the hip or ankles were too bad upon waking, and were good during the run!

A little bit grindy as I tried not to "Charlie" -- curved-inward leg push-off:
