did a hill workout with a friend of mine who goes to wheeling jesuit. 10x0.2 miles on a hill, first 3 at a bit slower than tempo pace, next 4 descending gradually from there, and last 3 basically all out. I went 77, 77, 77, 74, 72, 73, 71, 59, 59, 56.
