Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ana-Sophia asked me to help out pacing her mile so a group of us got out to the AU track early hoping to beat the heat. Unfortunately, it was pretty hot even around 8am, but we managed. Ana-Sophia ran a PR, and it was super fun pacing her! Might go at it again with some of the boys tomorrow back at AU. Feeling weirdly strong for only a week of training. I guess I didn't really lose much over those two+ weeks, and now I'm feeling good that my body is used to running again! First week of training was super fun, and I'm excited to start my second and up the mileage to around the mid to high thirties. A little bit of core and some rolling afterwards.
