Wow, finally got to run today. It was absolutely nice out today. Got out to the trail and just went with it. I think I caught up on sleep but was still a little sluggish. This is what I needed. Suns out
Essentials: Stretch
Stretched and rehydrated when I returned. I hard to think about the fact I didnt run at all last week. Rebound this week.
