Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Slept in a little too late and so I ran in the midday heat. Not smart, but I did an out and back on the CCT so I could stop for water at the reservoir and at Fletcher's on the way out and the way back. Kept the pace super slow which was a good call. Feel surprisingly good afterwards, did stretching and rolling. Aiming for 70 in singles this week.
