Grinding. It was humid and a little rainy but I went anyways. Comfortable pace I just went with it. Good mileage after feeling yucky yesterday.

Essentials: Stretch

Weak stretch cause I was hungry and it was getting late. Feeling a little tight honesty but good shake out overall. Just getting in that work this week.
