Comments:
Got in a good one in. We went late, I was in the zone too just working. We had a good pace but went kinda slow on the way back. No worries. I needed a shake out after yesterday anyways. It was raining hard all day but I didnt notice anyways. By the time we went out it was sunny and summer.
Essentials: Stretch
Weak stretch, feeling it for sure. Need to roll a little more after getting some consistent consecutive mileage.
