Well, it rained again today...After our 3 mile warm up, we ran a 1200 of jog the curve/stride the straight away. Then a 400 with the last 100 a quick stride. This was followed by 800 700 600 500 400. Then 2X300 2X200 2X100 with 100 jog. Pretty tough on the back stretch on the last few intervals with the wind.
