Comments:
Started the run with my usual extension–Walhonding loop with Sangamore which nice to do at the beginning instead of the end. That took my down to MacArthur where I started the usual 9 miler having already done the mile extension. Looking to hit 70 again this week. Core, stretch, and roll.
