Weather: 40ish it was pretty chilly cut run a little short cause i was freezing
Comments:
felt a little tight i need to stretch more! esp. before... also steven and i lifted today and then we ran obviously... i'm worn out last night i got 2 hours of sleep so it would make sense not to have a very good day... i'll bounce back in a couple days... tomorrow will be better...
