Weather: warm already
Comments:
Quick (and quick) run over lunch time: had only 30 minutes and used every minute of it to run, then "cooled off" during Gregg's lunch time talk.
Ankles were a lot better, and the nerve tension was still pretty good. Looking forward to the afternoon run.
