First Track Run

Comments:
This was the first run of the track season. I was excited. I am in mid-distance this year, and we have our own training group which is awesome. Anyways, we started with 10 minute warmup around the inside of the dome, then we did some ply-o things. Next we did 8x100m accelerations. Then a 10 minute cool down. Inside, we did 15-17 minutes of around the world abs, and then two sets of push-ups and pull-ups. Iced.
