Walked around the neighborhood. Explored Volunteer Park, found some great spots to utilize for PK training! Not much of a physical activity, but it's a good start. In a way, I became a little kid again today, exploring, discovering, taking the time to look up at the sky, the trees, and everything else nature surrounds us with. I know other days won't be as perfect as this, but I have to keep going no matter what.
