With C-train, Elaine, Jeff, and Drew, 15 min warmup(avg HR 124), 10*2 min hard/1 min recovery(avg HR 149), 15 min cooldown(avg HR 135), for last interval, went a full 3 minutes hard, first half of workout seemed to much longer than the second half, watched the mid distance guys run their workout, congrats to Brett on representing the XCFH with the win in the 600m, stretch, Bear
